What this site is
trailguide.digital is the marketing site for Trailguide Digital, a Zoho implementation consultancy based in California. The content is informational. Pricing ranges, service descriptions, and case studies describe how we typically work, but the actual price and scope of any project come from a real conversation and a written agreement.
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. We're a technology consultancy, not a law or accounting firm.
Using the site
You can read, link to, and reasonably share the content here. You can't:
- Republish substantial portions of the site as if it were your own work
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or systematically download content
- Probe, test, or attempt to compromise the site's security
- Use the site to harm Trailguide, our clients, or anyone else
Representative projects
The case studies and "representative project" sections describe real engagements, but identifying details have been changed to protect client confidentiality. Numbers are approximate and reflect ranges across similar projects.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party services like Zoho, Google, and Cloudflare. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
We work hard to keep the site accurate, but we don't guarantee that everything is current or error-free. The site is provided "as is."
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Trailguide Digital isn't liable for any damages arising from your use of this site. If we end up liable for something despite this, our total liability is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California. Any dispute that can't be resolved between us goes to the state or federal courts in Monterey County, California.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the effective date. If the changes are substantive, we'll post a notice.
